1. Conclusion of a travel contract
the registration by the client and all other participants is obligatory. The registering of all group members in the party is the duty of the group leader. The contract is completed following the confirmation by Outer Reef.

2. Changes to bookings
Outer Reef reserves the right to make changes to the booking specification in case of substantial and none foreseeable reasons.

3.Cancellation by the customer
the customer may withdraw at any time before the start of the journey. The customer must explain the reasons for withdrawing from the journey in writing or by e-mail. The cancellation of the booking will become effective starting from the day the information arrives at Outer Reef.

If the customer withdraws from the travel contract Outer Reef may require payment for the already made travel expenditures. The refundable amount will depend on the period of time between your cancellation and the start of your trip. The charge will be in relation to the travel price according to the following arrangement: -up until 25 days before the start of the trip £30 - up until 14 days before beginning of the course 30% of the travel price, after 14 days 80%, - starting from 7th day before your travel 100% of the travel price becomes due. If customers wish to alter the dates of their booking we shall try to accommodate you. There will be a £25 handling fee to be paid for the new amendments.


4. Restriction of liability
1.Outer Reef will not be responsibility or liable for possessions lost or damaged.

2.Outer Reef will not be responsible for injury to the traveller due to the fault of a service provider.

3.Outer Reef will not be responsible for any fault due to the service provider.
