What is included in an Outer Reef Adventure Break?
Packages are built individually. They may include hotel
accommodation, breakfast, selected Outer Reef activities, leisure
access, dining and optional spa treatments. Your quotation will
confirm the exact inclusions.
Can we choose our activities?
Yes. You can choose from surfing, coasteering, kayaking and
paddleboarding. Activities remain subject to availability, weather,
tides and suitable sea conditions.
Do we need previous experience?
No. Beginner-friendly sessions can be arranged, and activities can
be adapted around the confidence and ability of the group.
Is all activity equipment provided?
Yes. The specialist equipment required for your booked Outer Reef
activities is provided. You will receive a clear kit list before
arrival.
Where will the activities take place?
The location depends on the activity and conditions. Possible areas
include Tenby, Manorbier, Freshwater West, Stackpole and other
suitable Pembrokeshire locations.
What happens if the weather changes?
Outer Reef monitors the weather, tides and sea conditions. We may
adjust the location, timing or activity to provide the safest and
most enjoyable experience possible.
Can couples book an adventure and spa break?
Yes. Couples can choose a private room, one or more shared
activities and optional additions such as dinner, afternoon tea or
a spa treatment.
Are the breaks suitable for families?
Family packages may be available depending on the ages of the
children, room availability and chosen activities. Please provide
every participant’s age when enquiring.
Can solo travellers book?
Solo enquiries are welcome. Availability will depend on hotel
dates and whether you are joining scheduled activities or arranging
private instruction.
Can we book a corporate retreat?
Yes. Corporate packages can combine meeting space, refreshments,
outdoor team activities, dining and overnight accommodation.
Can large groups stay together?
Group bookings are possible subject to room availability. Early
enquiries are recommended for larger groups and popular weekends.
Is use of the swimming pool included?
Leisure access depends on the accommodation package and hotel
terms applicable to your dates. Your quotation will confirm the
arrangements.
Can we add a spa treatment?
Spa treatments may be requested as an optional extra and should be
booked in advance, subject to therapist availability.
Are breakfast and dinner included?
This depends on the package selected. Room-only, breakfast and

How many nights can we stay?
Breaks can range from two-night weekends to longer three, four or
seven-night holidays, subject to hotel availability.

Lamphey Court offers free parking and EV charging points for hotel
