Celebrate all things coastal with our Festival of the Sea at National Trust Gupton Farm Campsite from 10-12 May 2019. Book your tickets before 22 April to enjoy early bird discount!

WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL OF THE SEA?

Our Festival of the Sea is a celebration of all things coastal with stalls, live music, food and drink, workshops and outdoor activities to enjoy.

WHEN AND WHERE IS IT TAKING PLACE?

The Festival of the Sea is taking place between 10-12 May at Gupton Farm near Freshwater West in Pembrokeshire.

There’ll be something to see and do throughout the festival weekend, with activities running Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday morning.

Weekend tickets include festival and camping access from 10-12 May, with day tickets providing festival access for 11 May only.

WHAT WILL THE FESTIVAL INCLUDE?

There’s a packed programme to enjoy at the Festival of the Sea! Our full activity schedule will be available to download soon.

Friday 10 May, from 5pm
Settle into the festival with a bite to eat from our food and beverage team, relax around the campfire and listen to live music at sunset.

Little ones will love having a go at marshmallow toasting and 50 things adventures with our National Trust team.

If you fancy staying active then let the outdoors move you and join in with beach circuits at Freshwater West from 6pm.

Saturday 11 May, 9am until late

Kick start the day with yoga, make a splash with surf sessions with Outer Reef Surf School and get crafty with print making and recycled art workshops by Lizzie Ramage and iSea Surfwear.

Test your balance with RU-Slack, get closer to nature with the Darwin Centre’s microscope session and be inspired with an adventure talk from National Geographic’s Dave McAloney.

Elsewhere, get hands-on with interactive displays with our National Trust rangers, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, RNLI, Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum, Adders are Amazing (ARG UK) and Mena Ceramics.

Relax with holistic therapy, browse local jewellery from FreshWest Silver and have fun with our 50 Things nature adventures, from bird watching to den building.

For a flavour of the area, tuck into favourites from the National Trust, Slow Pig, Blas O'r Tân - Pop up Pizza, Cork and Bottle, and Rosie Events.

We’ll also have live music performances from local bands and musicians to enjoy throughout the afternoon and evening, including an interactive show from Samba Doc. The full music line-up will be announced soon.

Sunday 12 May, activities until 10.30am

Round off the festival weekend with a tasty breakfast from our food and beverage team.
If you want to blow away the cobwebs, take a walk down to Freshwater West and join us for a beach circuits session at 9.30am.
