A Friendly Introduction To Surfing
Your lesson begins on the beach, where your instructor explains the equipment, the surf environment and how to stay safe. You will practise the basic movements on land before heading into the water together.
Once in the sea, you will start in beginner-friendly white water, learn how to catch waves and build towards standing up and surfing towards the beach.
