OUTER REEF IS RECRUITING
Outer Reef is excited to announce our new Water sports Centres, based in the Marine Centre of Excellence in Saundersfoot Harbour and on Tenby’s North beach to deliver a wide range of water sports activities.
Dean Gough, principal of Outer Reef, who established the business in 1999 is delighted to be part of this prestigious development and expects Outer Reef Saundersfoot to be open to the public for April 2021, offering kayaking, powerboating, and sailing, in addition to their paddle-boarding, surfing, coasteering, and international outdoor instructor training programs
“My team and I have been safely delivering exciting water sports to locals, visitors, school children, Disability Sports Wales amongst others for over 20 years. As an accredited ISA and SLSGB training centre, we are also developing opportunities for the local community to gain employment with the RNLI, on surf camps and water sports centre nationally and internationally”
Outer Reef will also be using the Marine Centre of Excellence’s meeting rooms to deliver first aid courses, surf life-saving lessons and other shore-based courses, with the ambition to become an accredited RYA centre.
Outer Reef will be looking to supplement its team of experienced instructors and is now recruiting additional instructors and sales assistants to help develop the business, with positions based in Wales. Outer Reef is proud to be able to invest in local community and help develop ocean-based skills.
To complement the water sports there will be a superb retail offer of water sport equipment, wetsuits and accessories, and clothing from leading brands Billabong, O’Shea, Sola, FCS, Sun Bum, Nixon and DryRobe and many more.
