Over eight adventurous weeks, immerse yourself in instructing a range of outdoor activities. Gain qualifications in ISA surf and SUP instructing, kayaking, lifesaving, first aid, and more. Whether you stay in Pembrokeshire or venture globally to work with our partners in Europe, Morocco, Indonesia, this course equips you for the journey.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND PREREQUISITES OVERVIEW

PREREQUISITES
We welcome enthusiasts aged 18 and above with good fitness levels both in water and on land. Swim 200 meters in a pool within 5 minutes, achieve a swim time of 400m in under 8 minutes by the course end, and run 200m in under 1 minute. Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills are key.
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
The course opens doors to various certifications, including ISA Level 1 and 2 Surf Instructor, ISA Level 1 Flat Water SUP Instructor, SLSGB Surf Lifeguard Qualification, and more. Opportunities for paid work may also arise during the course.
